I am an enthusiastic advocate for organisational change and improvement. I am currently Director of Product Development Operations at Workhuman, having previously led the engineering teams delivering data science-driven applications, including iQ and Moodtracker, an award-winning voice of the employee solution.
I live and work in Dublin, Ireland after over 20 years wandering the world, in search of interesting problems to solve.
